Course includes Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation, Myofascial Release (MFR) Technique, Deep tissue release, Trigger point release, Deep friction massage, Effleurage, Petrissage, Friction, and Tapotement, along with other massage techniques. You’ll learn how each works and the different methods used within each type.
