Refund Policy

We at Physioneeds Academy strive to provide our participants with high-quality educational experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellations or refunds. Please review our refund policy carefully:

Cancellation Policy:

    • 0% refunds will be provided for canceling the registration after 3 days of registering for the course.

    Refund Eligibility:

      • Participants may apply for a refund of 80% of the registration fee if they cancel their registration within 3 Days of registration for the course.

      How to Apply for a Refund:

        • To apply for a refund, participants must contact us via email at physioneedsacademy@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +918800220066 at within 3 days of the registration for the workshop. Please provide your full name, workshop details, and reason for the refund request.

        Refund Processing:

          • Refund requests will be processed within 36 hours of receiving the request.
          • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for registration.

          Exceptions:

            • Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond the participant’s control. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
